• Missing Components: If a game you purchased has missing components, we will replace the missing parts upon verification. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof of purchase and details of the missing components.
• Original Games: We guarantee the authenticity of all our products. Original games purchased from us will not be replaced unless they have manufacturing defects or missing components.
